Having grown up in Swansea the local beaches are very dear to Hannah and the beautiful pebbles and shells she has collected from Gower over the years have inspired a collection of intricate jewellery in more subtle shades than her other coastal designs. The layered holes in many of her beach-combing finds became the focus of these designs. Many of these designs feature sand gathered from Gower’s beaches fired into the surface of the enamel adding texture, emphasising the tactile qualities of the work.
